OSHA Quick Start Safety Guide

It is a tired cliche or old joke - "they are from the government, they are here to help us." In this case, it may be true. OSHA has created a workplace safety website at . You can learn tips for preventing costly workplace injuries and illnesses by walking step-by-step through the online Compliance Assistance Quick Start.

Companies with a Spanish-speaking workforce may find the Hispanic outreach guide helpful. Information on Spanish safety training videos and safety materials are included.

The Quick Start is not a comprehensive guide and, state regulations and industry specific regulations may be more strict, but it is a good general guide. For specific safety suggestions, talk to your workers compensation carrier.
