New I-9 Form
Beginning December 26, 2007, all U.S. employers must use a new I-9 immigration form. The new form and new instructions can be found here. -

2008 Employment Posters
Employers are required by State and Federal law to post mandated employment posters. You can purchase the required posters from various services (and they do charge you for it) or you can use the posters we assembled for you for FREE as our gift to you. There are several new posters for 2008. Directions on which posters you must use are set out in an enclosed article by Alan Thayer. -
