Alan J. Thayer, Jr. – Alan has practiced business law in Eugene since graduating magna cum laude from Northwestern School of Law of Lewis & Clark College in 1985. He is constantly looking for new and innovative ways to protect businesses.
Alan is an active community volunteer and advocates for business on the board of directors of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, as a member of the U.S. Chamber’s Small Business Council, on the board and executive committee for Associated Oregon Industries and as an active member of the Eugene Area Chamber of Commerce, the Lane County Home Builders Association and other business organizations.
Alan is also developing the TakeChargeEmployer.com and HandyNeighbor.com Internet ventures.

Lee Lashway – Lee has practiced business and securities law in Eugene, Oregon, since 1979. His law practice emphasizes business formation (corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships), transactions and securities compliance for capital formation by privately-held companies through exempt and registered offerings.
Lee is an avid fastpitch softball fan and coach, and has coached at the youth through high school levels. He currently serves as a head coach in the Eugene Lightning Softball organization (ASA) and as head varsity coach at Sheldon High School in Eugene.

Mark W. Perrin – Mark retired on October 31, 2006 after practicing business law in Eugene since 1978. Before that, he worked for the U.S. Justice Department as an Assistant Attorney General in Washington D.C. and St. Louis, Missouri. Originally hailing from Texas, Mark is now 100% Oregonian.
Mark’s interests include cooking, HAM radio and International travel.
