Woman Owned Business Certification

We represent a number of businesses owned by women or owned by women and their husbands. Couples often wonder if there is an advantage to issuing 51% of corporate stock to the wife.

What are the advantages of operating a woman owned business? No, not the advantages women may have over men in listening, serving customers needs and working with employees.
