Don't Forget – Minimum Wage Increase

Don't forget that effective January 1, 2005, Oregon's minimum wage automatically increased to $7.25 an hour. Although the federal minimum wage is only $5.15 an hour, Oregon employers must comply with the higher state wage of $7.25.

Along with a new minimum wage is a new poster you are required to display for your employees. You may have received this poster from the State. If not, reply to this email and we will send the poster to you.
