New Employment Posters Required

With the increased Oregon minimum wage, revised Smokefree Workplace Law and new genetic information discrimination law discussed below, the state and Federal employment posters you must display have changed. We put these new posters together with a guide explaining what you are required to post (usually based upon the size of your workforce) in one handy place.
